Private room in an apartment, in a building of 4 floors in Altwies. The room has a double bed. You will share the Kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet sinks with one other person.

Water used: 8 EUR per M3
Environment: 10 EUR per stay

Every bed is provided with a duvet. The use of sheets and duvet covers is obligatory. Please bring your own bed linen, kitchen linen and towels. If you wish to rent they must be ordered beforehand and the costs are as follows:
Bed linen: 18,00 Euro/person (must be ordered beforehand)
Towels: 10,00 Euro/person (must be ordered beforehand)
Tea Towels: 5,00 Euro each (must be ordered beforehand)
Tenants found to have made use of the beds without using sheets or duvet covers will be required to pay for cleaning of the bedding.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
