Basic but clean appartement. The host is willing to help if you have questions.
The host was very friendly, doing her best to accommodate us, which is nice. Good that we had a parking spot in front of the appartement.
The bathroom was outdated. The shower was leaking and had a musty smell. Getting the bedding and sheets was a bit of a puzzle.

Appartement agréable, situé en ville mais calme, pas de bruit de voiture, ni de voisin. Vu agréable, sur verdure.
Le ménage sous le BZ et le lit un peu poussiéreux.

L'immeuble est bien entretenu et calme (en retrait de la route). il est en banlieue mais situé entre 2 arrêts de bus pour joindre le centre ville. L'appartement a un beau potentiel mais à besoin de quelques travaux de rafraîchissement pour le rendre agréable mais SURTOUT de beaucoup de ménage malgré les 52 € facturés lors de la réservation. J'ai envoyé les photos à la responsable. Espérons que cela soit remédié pour les suivants locataires.

La vue sur le parc avec les moutons. La tranquillité
Assez sale - aucun grand ménage depuis longtemps - et salle de bain très défraîchie - émaille de la baignoire HS, mauvaise odeur tenace. Canapé très inconfortable. Très peu de matériel pour la cuisine. Four très sale. Congélateur sale et déjà signalé par un précédent locataire.

Le logement se situe proche de la ville, il était propre et la propriétaire était très sympa et accessible au téléphone.

Apparemment calme avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.
Parking de résidence derrière une barrière c'est sécurisant. Cartier calme résidence calme avec des communs plutôt bien entretenu.
Il manque peut-être un peu de précision dans l'explication pour récupérer les clés, et une petite fiche dans l'appartement précisant où sont les poubelles, le code WiFi, les restaurants à proximité...
