it was difficult to enter. They had a key fob that needed to used to enter the front door. the instructions weren’t clear and some who doesn’t live in apartment complex wouldn’t know how to use that type of key. the room smelled heavily of smoke. It was very hot and stuffy with no fan or ability to cool the room. It was on the bottom floor and there were no screens on the windows so I could leave them open.. The bathroom tub spout is broken. It’s a trick to get the cold water going to mix with the hot so you don’t scaled yourself. The spout wiggles freely and is not an attached properly as a bathroom fixture. The bathroom otherwise is fine. They just need to fix the tub. The house is clean minus the smoke smell. New dishes, utensils, fridge, and furniture.
Bathroom shower, smoke smell, and no fan for cooling.
