About this house rental

Our "guest house", completed in early 2012, was created inside an old barn and is located in a small town near the border with Luxembourg. On the two floors of more than 100m² large holiday home there are large spaces in which 6 people have plenty of possibilities for expansion. The modern interior is harmonious and well-being can be a bear, just like the view from the windows of the south - to see the gardens of the house and the nearby 'Huns head', which is perfect for walking
makes. The bordering on the terrace leisure area offers many opportunities to play and fun (or recovery)
for the whole family.
Upon request, we will do before your arrival shopping, so you can start your holiday stress free.
During your stay, we offer you to deliver the morning your breakfast rolls up to the front door and when you apply for your vacation even want to indulge in a little luxury - we prepare breakfast love for you to - take a look at our homepage.
If you like to have company on your hikes and want to be sure that the route matches your requirements, you will have the opportunity to participate in guided walks.

This rental was a little gem and exactly as advertised. It's perfect to explore the surrounding area and Luxembourg also is very close. Sadly the weather was not kind to us but it still proved a great base to chill and unwind on our extended travel back home from Heidelberg. The sauna, after a tiring day was lovely and the whole apartment is equipped to a very high standard. The owners live next door and were so helpful with suggestions and advice. We hope to return very soon.

The house has all you need for a pleasant stay. It is well insulated against noises from outside so really tranquil. The beds are very comfortable and the sauna in the large bathroom is a real treat for any hiker after a long walk. The large garden (which is shared with the owner) is a true paradise with idyllic spots for every time of day to play a boardgame in the shade, have a nice barbecue or just read. The surrounding nature is a feast for hikers. We had a wonderfully relaxing week here.

Die Unterkunft von Theo Ademes in der Neu-Afrika-Straße im schönen Kruchten kann man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Gute Möglichkeiten in naher Umgebung für Motorradfahrer die Eifel zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine ausgesprochen schöne Zeit in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Insbesondere die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hunnenkopf und den tollen Garten waren das Sahnehäubchen unsreres Aufenthaltes. Für Wandersleute und Moppedfahrer eine tolle Bleibe. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für seine Gastfreundschaft.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, bei Ankunft ging er mit uns durch die ganze Wohnung und zeigte uns alles. Die Wohnung ist für sechs Personen ausgelegt. Alles in allem findet man eine super schöne Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail vor. Besonders positiv ist auch die Sauna im Bad zu benennen. Ebenso durften wir den Garten mitbenutzen, der ebenfalls wirklich schön hergerichtet ist. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

We enjoyed two fantastic weeks in this beautiful, spacious and modern house, renovated with care just a couple of years ago. The garden is full of nice surprises: with precious gems of art intertwined with the many shades of green and the flowers. This region is especially interesting for people who like to hike. On the site of SudEifel we found numerous walks to download on our smartphone. If you first download the map pf the region (Osmant is the program to use) and then the walks, then you don't need 4G , just use your GPS-function and you always know exactly where you are in the woods.

Dies ist mit Abstand das beste Ferienhaus, das wir bisher hatten - sauber, schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, perfekt für Familien mit Kindern (der Spielboden! das Trampolin!) und wunderschön an der Grenze zu Luxemburg gelegen. Es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts - sogar einen Brötchenservice gibt es ab frühmorgens; eine gut eingerichtete Küche, bequeme Betten, Reiseführer, Mückengitter... Dazu mehrere lauschige Sitzgelegenheiten draußen und eine Umgebung, die zu Wanderungen, Stadtbesichtigungen (Luxemburg-Stadt ist in 45min. zu erreichen) , Rad- und Inlinertouren einlädt. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich hier wohlfühlen - es gibt jede Menge schöne Spielsachen für die Kinder, sogar einen Kickertisch; und eine Sauna für die Großen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, hat viele gute Tipps und kennt sich bestens aus. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal und können das Haus jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.
