Finishes in stone and wood with traditional materials, but also in the interiors contemporary details with furnishings that combine traditional styles with contemporary design tones.
The house consists of two traditional rooms, a bathroom and a loft area where you create a private corner with a double bed and a private bathroom overlooking the greenery. The spacious and bright living room has an equipped and spacious kitchen (there is also a storage room). The large sofa bed can accommodate two more people.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning.
The house is surrounded by a garden partly covered by a pergola and a veranda that has a spectacular view of the wonderful dunes of Chia !!

Very nice, comfortable stay in Chia. Private 2 bedroom near great beach, which felt like home. Best fresh seafood recomendation from our hostess plus she gave us beautiful flowers, card and olive oil for our 50th Anniversary! Recommend this!

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche gut eingerichtet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen ein perfekter Urlaub.

Margarita was helpful with a reservation change! Massimo was helpful with local resources for food and fun! A first day shop at the local store will help you with getting your laundry done with the very functional washing machine, cold refrigerator and stove. Dishwasher and showers work well. Its peaceful. The best part is the mild to moderately populated beach just 2 minute walk with bar, ice cream, paddle boards. Fun activities included mopeds, lots of nearby beaches to choose from, Bilthia for dinner, snorkeling. Thank you for a great time in Chia
