THE SEA HOUSE OF THE TORRE DI CHIA
For your holidays, a spacious and comfortable rustic house a few meters from the beach, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, but also a furnished veranda, two balconies and a small laundry corner.
The house is part of a group of 4 villas immersed in a Mediterranean maquis park and a huge carpet of green lawn ... which reaches the beach less than 80 meters away.
The large living room leads directly to the veranda overlooking the park, surrounded by fig, oleander, and tamericci plants with the scents of myrtle and lentisks ...
The veranda is equipped with a large table, sunbeds and a pleasant outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea!
Ideal for your relaxation, but also for the sense of freedom that this large space gives you!
The view of the greenery, where you can read lazily, lying on the lawn while your children play ... Ideal for families, but also for groups of friends, as a retreat for an inspired artist, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chia.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a view from the balcony on the large lawn or towards the Chia tower.
The living room is furnished with bespoke Sardinian artisan furniture and decorated with the colors and themes of the sea: corals, sand, woods, coral-shaped lamps, with a soft light for pleasant summer evenings!
There are two bathrooms with showers made to measure with natural stone, comfortable and spacious.
The rooms are bright and spacious, each with air conditioning, and these are also furnished with the restful neutral tones of beige and pink. The details of the curtains and decorations are handmade, with a design that follows the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship revised in a contemporary key.
The beach on which the houses overlook has the colors and transparencies of the famous sea of Chia ... beautiful in the early morning or evening at sunset; long walks to the tower or the flamingo lagoon, with your feet immersed in the water and the colors and scents of the sea on your face.
Near the house, there are the main services, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a bar. Within a few kilometers, the square of shops and evening shows, pharmacy, and clubs for dinner or an aperitif.

We had a wonderful stay, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, and the property exceeded our expectations. The highlight is the beautiful and large garden, which has a private access to the beach just meters away. We had a lovely stay and we will be back!

Very pleasant stay, especially for our 2 boys of 7 and 8 years who liked to play football on the field in front of the house. Amazing location, so nearby the very pretty beach. Kitchen equipment is quite basic, and especially with more people some more crockery and cutlery would be needed.
Nevertheless, we had a great stay and we experienced a very good service.

We loved the location and the outside of the property. Within walking distance to the local bar for coffee and adjoining market and local fruit stands. The apartment is on two floors with two nice bedrooms and a small bunk bed room. Two bathrooms very well appointed. Marguerite was very kind and responsive to every need.
Beaches in Chia are beautiful and one down the street was a gem and a longer one right in the backyard. Best time in Chia yet!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Chia. Das Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung. Neue Bäder und eine gute Küche, mit den meisten notwendigen Geräten. Die Lage ist einmalig. Unsere Kinder fanden das Fussballfeld und die angrenzende Grünanlage perfekt. Der Strand mit privaten Zugang ist der Schönste, den wir in der Umgebung gesehen haben.
Massimo war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Urlaub ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.
