The flat is completely new, fully furnished and equipped and it is perfectly clean! The view over the vineyard, in front of the mountain is superb, and especially in the morning when the sun is shining you can enjoy your breakfast even on the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with every kind of tools: for example you can choose from the american coffee machine, the Italian moka caffè or even the real Espresso machine. The flat is spacious with three confortable rooms. The bathroom is really big with a huge shower, a bath tube and two sinks. Everything is new and clean. The position if also very effective, just at the entrance of the city centre of Termeno, where the Wine Route is starting, very near to good restaurants where you can taste the real South Tyrolean cuisine. The owners, Mrs. Monika and Mr. Hannes are absolutely reliable and fully supporting and available to good advices to discover the beauty of the places, or able even to recommend you wonderful wine tasting! I would definitely come back again!

Wir haben 10 tolle Tage in dieser traumhaften Wohnung verbracht. Es war super sauber, schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Am meisten hat uns der große Balkon begeistert. Die Nähe zur Straße hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört und auch bei offenen Fenstern haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zwar an der Straße und daher entsprechend Verkehr, dafür in 100m ein Supermarkt. Ein gutes Restaurant genau gegenüber und nur 10min zu Fuß in die Ortsmitte. Wohnung ist großzügig, neu und bietet auf dem Balkon eine schöne Aussicht. Für das Frühstück draußen gibt es auch eine elektrische Markise. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden. Es fehlt für Selbstkocher ein Backofen. Aber das haben wir nicht benötigt. Wohnung war auch sehr sauber. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und freundlich. Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung mit tollem Blick übers Tal. Ein Supermarkt für den täglichen Bedarf ist nur 100 m entfernt. Einziger Schwachpunkt an der Lage ist die Straße, auf der morgens schon recht früh reger Betrieb herrscht. Aber zum Ausgleich ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin wohnt unten im Haus und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir vier haben uns hier pudelwohl gefühlt.

Einfach eine tolle Wohnung, tolle Gegend und tolle Vermieter. Mit dem WinePass, welche wir direkt von unserer Vermieterin bekommen haben, können alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, inklusive einiger Seilbahnen und der Mendelbahn, genutzt werden. Damit sind entspannte Tagesrouen möglich, ohne den eigenen PKW nutzen zu müssen. Die Wohnung und Gegend sind absolut zu empfehlen.

Geräumig, modern, sauber, Appartement. Freundliche vermieter und natürlich dass tolle aussicht. Eigene schlüssel so dass man frei kommen und gehenen kann. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Supermarket in der nähe welche auch auf Sonntage biss 19u offen ist. Sehr empfelendswerth.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr gepflegter Ausstattung. Wir haben den tollen Ausblick aus den Zimmern und vom Balkon sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit empfehlen. Der Straßenlärm tagsüber ist nichts für jemanden, der Abgeschiedenheit und absolute Ruhe sucht, dafür ist die Wohnung aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Ausflüge. Und nachts ist es ruhig.

Moderne und komfortable Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten, 1 franz.Doppelbett). Alle Schlafzimmer sind durch Jalousien zu verdunkeln. Super Badezimmer mit Badewanne, geräumiger Dusche, Toilette, Bidet und 2 Waschbecken. Wohnküche mit ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern. Induktionsherd, leider ohne Backofen. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil. Kontaktgrill als Toasterersatz und Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee. Spülmaschine. Esstisch für 6 Personen. Leider keine Mikrowelle. Im Wohnzimmer Couch für 3 Personen und 2 für längeres sitzen ungeeignete Hocker. Großes Panoramafenster mit grandiosem Ausblick. Fernseher mit allen deutschen Programmen. Große Panoramaterrasse um die Mahlzeiten im Freien einzunehmen. Allerdings liegt die Ferienwohnung direkt an der Durchfahrtsstraße von Tramin, so dass wir auf der Dachterrasse und wenn wir Nachts wegen der Temperaturen mit offenem Fenster geschlafen haben, immer die Autos und Motorräder gehört haben. Die Vermieterin, Frau Palmer, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Siamo una famiglia di 5 che ha passato una settimana nel bellissimo appartamento della Signora Palma. Si raggiunge facilmente Pampeago in 45 minuti, un bellissimo posto per andare a sciare. L'appartamento con 3 ampie camere da letto è ben attrezzato e molto lucido. Il centro di Termeno è à solo 5 minuti a peidi. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Wir verbrachten hier ein paar herrliche Tage. Die Wohnung mit grandioser Aussicht ist neu, gepflegt und einfach wunderschön. Die Abwicklung verlief reibungslos. Den Weinpass, welchen wir von der Vermieterin bekamen, nutzten wir für Busfahrten und angegebene Bergbahnen und Museen (kostenlose Nutzung). Auch der Weinort Tramin hat uns gut gefallen. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir schätzten die grossen hellen Räume, die modern eingerichtete Küche und das sehr schöne Bad. Der Balkon lud zum Verweilen, Lesen und Essen ein. Frau Palma ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie gibt gute Tipps ab und sie sorgt sich um das Wohl der Gäste. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Helle und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit großem Balkon sowie schöner Aussicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zum pittoresken Ortskern Tramins. Viele Ziele können mit Bus und Bahn erreicht werden. Dank der WeinCard ist das kostenlos Möglich. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wegen der Lage an der Weinstraße ist es nie ganz ruhig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
