Villa Maria was built thinking of the well-being of our guests for a dream holiday, It has a magnific view over the Atlantic sea, the mountains and the Candelaria village. We are located about 17 Km from the airport; 19 Km from Ponta Delgada, the main city of São Miguel; 5 Km away from the thermal springs, Ferraria (in the ocean); about 10 min from the famous lakes of Sete Cidades and also the Mosteiros beach
Villa Maria is located in Candelaria, São Miguel, Azores, was built in 2015, it is two semi-detached houses, modern, comfortable and welcoming house, where you can relax, with panoramic sea view ,mountains and town. Each house has its private area, only the swimming pool and the garden are shared. The house is self catering.
The evenings are magic and you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets and stars, surrounding by a peaceful silence and nature songs.
Having your meals on the terrace surrounding by the green and blue landscape makes your day worth offers you unforgettable moments!

Everything and everybody is natural and authentic! Around every corner there is a beautiful view, a new patch of green, a lovely hillside or a beautiful scene of waves crashing on rocks.
About the rental rates:
The price is valid for 2 people, each extra person is 15 euros per night.
It's considered one day since the 12 hours until the 12 hours of the following day.
The rental of the house is made on behalf of a person or couple duly identified.
Check out at 10 o'clock , check in after 15 o'clock . It can be at any time if the house is available. Its has to be confirm before.
Responsabilities:
The visitor compels to keep a conducive civic behavior to the preservation of the house and its involving one.
The filling of the house must be kept unbroken being its responsible visitor for its (good) maintenance.

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Maria 2! Sergio and Maria gave us a very warm welcome, including detailed suggestions on what to do and where to eat on the island. They even brought us some self made pastries which were delicious!
The apartment was the cleanest we ever stayed at! The kitchen is very well equipped and completely tidy so we could directly use it (I am picky though). They already went grocery shopping (milk, cheese, red wine etc) so we did not have to directly hop into the next grocery store which was perfect. There was an uncomplicated opportunity to get fresh bread and buns every morning which we used several times.
In general, the apartment had all the little details that show the love they give to the apartment and the surrounding area: the garden was perfect and well cared for, there were some additional beach towels, there were 3 different types of chairs/sunbeds with cushions, detergents, shampoo, soap…
And another extra: We were lucky and got a detailed insight in the house „Caso do Canto“ which is currently in the end of being renovated. It looked amazing and was very modern with everything you could wish for. Sergio definitely has a knack for holiday apartments!
For all the people thinking about staying there: Go for it, you will have the best vacation on this magic island with the most amazing hosts!

The home was well above our expectations. From the moment we checked in and Sergio walked us through all of the details, we felt right at home. Their hospitality was far be on any I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend there homes. Great location!
