The accommodation was very well equipped with just anything we could possibly need. The communication was open and professional and warm just to a level that it was not bothering. There is a small terrace (kind of) in front of the apartment, big enough to eat lunch outside or simply to have a coffee in the sun. There is also a dedicated parking spot right in front of the terrace, although bigger cars might not fit the passage in between buildings and I wouldn't recommend it for unexperienced drivers since the entrance is from a street with very steep slope, Fiat Panda fit just fine. In azorean humid environment, we went purposedly for an accommodation with heating, which helps a lot with humidity, and we very much appreciated sufficient number of towels. Darkening curtains were welcomed addition to the sleep comfort. Well prepared guestbook with tips for trips, grocery store location, pharmacy location etc. is just a cherry on top and we would surely appreciate it even more, if we were new to the island or Portugal.
There was someone with a very loud motorbike, passing by every morning and every late evening for at least several days, which was a bit annoying, otherwise it was very calm place. If I should really come with some suggestions to optional improvement, rather than negatives, we could use some thinner/softer pillows, but we haven't ask for them, so I can't complain :) And although it was really great that half of the windows are equipped with nets against insects, I think adding them also to the other side of the apartment would help better ventilation overal. But I have no actual complains to the accommodation at all.

Dům byl perfektně vybavený, skvělé místo a dostatek soukromí. Rezervované parkovací místo hned u zadního vchodu. Výborný zamykací systém. Báječné welcome občerstvení. Určitě doporučujeme ostatním návštěvníkům.
Úzký příjezd mezi domy, ale dal se zvládnout.

Tudo fantástico, anfitriões super simpáticos, adoramos o kit boas vindas, e o livro com locais a visitar e restaurantes a experimentar! Tudo muito limpo, e achei impressionante a quantidade de coisas a disposição, tinha desde de cotonetes a pensos higiénicos, tudo ao nosso dispor, cozinha totalmente equipada, maquina de lavar roupa, com detergente etc! Ficamos surpreendidos pois nunca tínhamos sido recebidos de tal forma, aconselho vivamente, não fica longe do centro nem do supermercado para quem tiver viatura, e local é super pacífico, a zona exterior ótima para refeições.
