The location is good for family short holidays with plans to spend more time visiting Malacca attractions. The size of the property is suitable for our three families' getaway.

There was an unwelcome smell of durian when opening the fridge, which lingered until the next day. Some furniture is not in good condition or was not provided: the couch was not in good condition, there is no wardrobe in the master bedroom, and the small sofa in the master bedroom should not even be there. No proper cooking pots or pans were provided, and only plasticware was available for eating. Should provide insect repellent/spray as there were small cockroaches around the kitchen cabinets. The grass was long and not mowed before we arrived, which hindered any outdoor activity.
