Love that the owner is very nice and supportive (fast reply and all) for our stay. He also already prepared us with the pre-info for the entrance registration and process. So there’s no hiccup when we all arrived. Facilities are all clean and looking good. Good area; centre and easy reach.
Too strict. Make sure whenever you’re booking for leisure and plan to give your children splashing into the pool, make sure bring you official swimming suits. Cause they (the guards) won’t let you in even if you’re wearing a sports tight. So excuses are accepted.

The apartment is beautiful, brand-new, clean and cozy with nice interiors. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Jayson is a warm and friendly host. Fuss free check-in and check out. The security at the guard post are friendly and helpful.
Although listed as a 3 bed-room apartment, in this unit, the so-called 3rd bedroom is essentially a store-room (with a bed and no aircon) behind the kitchen, next to the laundry/drying area. The doors in this apartment are super squeaky and noisy. One's driving skills will be put to test while navigating the 5 levels of narrow labyrinthine parking facility.
