There were many good restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. The pool was large and great, but there was only one entrance/exit. Other amenities were not open.

The bed was a little hard. The walkability is hindered by construction and/or no sidewalk in some places. Work on getting all the amenities of the complex open.

The stay itself was pleasant overall.

I arrived late for check-in and experienced some delays in receiving the check-in instructions, as the responses took a bit of time and were not entirely clear. I had to follow up with a few calls to confirm the details. As we were quite tired from traveling, clearer verbal confirmation to match our understanding would have been appreciated. We also missed the stop to collect the key, which required us to make an extra round and re-enter the building. The experience could be improved by providing clearer check-in instructions, such as a PDF guide with pictures showing exactly where to collect the keys and indicating the free parking area (not a designated parking space).
