Overall, it was a nice stay. My family and I really loved the bathtub, interior design, and the sea view.

A few areas that could be improved: TV remote control sensor wasn't very responsive; car park had no lighting at night, feel a bit unsafe when going out/coming back after dark; after leaving the property, no mobile network coverage at all until we reached the city area. Contactless check in was convenient, but the remote staff service felt rather impersonal/not very warm (almost like talking to robots). Not sure how many stays you are managing at once, but you may want to consider these improvements if you wish to elevate to 5 star, rather than being mainly operationally excellent. Still appreciate your team for working during cny. The scenery was lovely, and my family did enjoy the stay. Cheers.

Only the house still acceptable

Very bad, dont go at all. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor crowd management. There were too many people checking in at the same time, and only four lifts were operating. We had to wait almost an hour just to get up to our room. The lift lobby had no air-conditioning and was extremely hot, making the long wait very uncomfortable. Early the next morning, we also encountered an unfriendly security guard at the swimming area. Although we arrived at 7:45 a.m. ready to swim, we were not allowed to enter until 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, it started to rain just before the pool opened, and the children were very disappointed after waiting so long. Overall, it was not a pleasant staycation experience, and I would not recommend it for families seeking a relaxing holiday.
