very comfortable, spacious & clean. it has very nice view of greenary & the sea. kids love the swimming pool. host is very considerate & helpful.

Private and quiet. Strong WiFi once it was fixed.
Comfortable bed and good shower. Good supply of shower and shampoo gel.
Cumbersome and confusing checking in procedure.
Instructions for checking in not clear. Swipe cards incorrectly labelled caused further confusion.
Car park space not clearly identified. We had to drive around level two looking for it.
Apartment has awful smell from exposed laundry drain and disinfectant.
Not clearly advertised as homestay until payment was transacted. I searched for four stars hotel. No tea and coffee supplied. Four stars hotel generally supply these and bottled water ever day.
Additional charge for cleaning fee post stay was not indicated in the advertisement.
Many defective items in the apartment. We felt like detective on working holiday for the host. Had to take many photos to prove defects already there before us.
