Parking ease access, nice environment, clean unit.

Amenities within the unit are excellent, good view, good shower, excellent cable TV channels, excellent outdoor swimming pool, good location - easy access to shopping areas, easy fast check in / out
Property should have proper signage indicating Bali Sea View Residences as the front main signage in Malay is misleading. There should also be proper signage for the office. the office looks more like a site store or junk store leaving me to go around the complex 2 rounds. Getting to the correct lift lobby from the carpark at L5 is also a challenge with no proper direction. Great if the lock entry numbers could be shortened or personalized for easier access.

Very clean, comfortable beds, the only thing I would suggest is explaining the check in previously and the way the AC works, and the hot water.
