The room was comfortable the property is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool area was lovely. Small hotel so we got to meet a lot of people. The staff were very friendly and the meals were good always had options to choose. There was nightly entertainment and Carmen was a shirt bus ride or a good walk away. We would stay here again.
The internet in our room was terrible it was better in the main area but since we didn’t purchase a data plan for our stay in Lanzarote next time I would make sure I had data. The staff were very apologetic and did try to rectify the issue.

The staff were amazing. Always in hand to give advice or have a friendly chat. Aida, the games lady was super friendly and funny, she’d ask you if you wanted to participate each morning and afternoon with either games or stretches etc and wasn’t upset if you said no, always had time for a little chat or joke. The room was spacious and the beds were made every day and towels changed every other day or more frequently if required.
The food was buffet style, well prepared and cooked. Great if you only wanted a little or a lot and could go up as frequently as you wanted.
The bar was well stocked with drinks.
Would definitely return again.
