The cleanliness of the resort was absolutely outstanding. Staff constantly maintained the areas to a very high standard, and everything felt well looked after. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bedding provided, which was lovely to return to after a day by the pool. Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The team working in the bar area near reception were particularly fantastic — always happy to help and made guests feel comfortable. We also appreciated the policy of not allowing guests to reserve sun loungers with towels. This helped prevent people leaving towels all day and not using the beds, making it fairer for everyone. The location was very convenient, being central with the option to walk along the front if you wanted to explore. The bus stop and taxi stop were also just a short walk away. Reception were helpful and could provide bus timetables and advise on routes, which was very useful. The restaurant food was similar to most resorts in that it could become repetitive, but there was always something available for everyone and the quality was good. The dining areas were kept clean, and staff were attentive to guests’ needs, including those requiring additional support. The resort also made a genuine effort to accommodate guests with disabilities and provide assistance wherever possible, which was appreciated.

Disappointing experience with some staff attitudes despite a lovely family holiday We stayed here with family who had booked an all-inclusive package. As I don’t drink alcohol and my daughter has disabilities, we did not have the same package. We would sit with our family while they had lunch or a drink, and we had our 12-month-old baby with us. The issue we had was in the snack area. Our baby is free on the booking, as babies are included at no extra cost, and we were very disappointed to be pulled aside and spoken to for feeding our baby and allowing her to have the occasional chip. These were only small amounts of food that would most likely have gone to waste. We completely understand that staff have rules to follow, but the way this was handled felt unnecessary and intimidating. After the initial conversation, we felt constantly watched by staff in the snack area, even after we stopped taking anything from the plates. The atmosphere there became uncomfortable, and the staff in that area did not seem as friendly as elsewhere in the resort. Other families we spoke to mentioned experiencing similar feelings. We did raise our concerns with the manager, but unfortunately the focus remained on the fact that our baby had eaten a chip or two rather than addressing how the situation made us feel. In my opinion, if babies are free on the booking, there should be some understanding that a young child may need a small snack. Anyone with a 12-month-old knows that refusing food to a hungry baby is not always realistic. We also requested a disability discount due to my daughter’s needs, as she is fed via a PEG and does not consume food like other guests. The amount offered was quite low considering the cost of her stay, although it was later deducted from the final bill as part of the late check-out arrangement. The taxi service from the hotel was another disappointment.

Amazing experience at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly, attentive, and professional staff who made our family holiday truly enjoyable. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere and high level of hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and exceptional service. We had some issues with the AC in one of the rooms and Francesco customer experience manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Every time I spoke with him I felt he listened and genuinely tried to do all he could and honestly we travel all over the world and must say this guy is an asset to the hotel. Yes we will be back and all four of us felt that way.

Fantastic location near the airport, beach, shops, bars and resteraunts. Plenty of day and night time entertainment for all ages and resident groups. Spacious, always served quickly at bars and buffet, always able to get a sun bed and friendly staff. Room was lovely and cleaned as requested.

The hotel grounds are well maintained and look very nice at first glance. Our room was spacious, clean and free of any damp or mould. Housekeeping was done daily and at least one of the shifts delivered excellent results. Another positive aspect is the large free parking area directly in front of the hotel.

The biggest issue during our stay from 7–14 March 2026 (room 6209) was that the hotel has no heating at all. At this time of year, the outside temperature was around 16°C and the room temperature was only 15°C. Reception told us to wait until another guest checked out and left a heater behind. The guest experience manager was very unfriendly and told us to buy our own heater. After more than an hour, a heater was finally delivered to our room, but the experience was already ruined. We were also told that “the heating is being turned on,” which was simply not true. There are no elevators in the accommodation blocks and nobody offered any help with our luggage, so we had to carry heavy suitcases ourselves all the way up to the third floor. Housekeeping quality varied significantly – one shift was excellent, the other rather careless. The worst moment was when we asked for two extra towels and the staff pulled them straight out of the dirty laundry pile – we saw this with our own eyes. The food was average and repetitive. A major issue was the cleanliness of the dishes – many plates were dirty with dried food residue. Overall, the hotel feels like a polished disappointment, where appearance matters more than the actual quality of service. I would not recommend staying here, especially during the winter months.
