Good location, a lot of space. 10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, 15 minutes drive to the old town of Split. Dishwasher and washing machine

Strong tobacco smell in the living room, no hairdryer. Very uncomfortable mattress in the main sleeping room - too soft and tends to slip down from the bed

It was our first time in Croatia, and we never regret we have chosen this town Stobrec next to Split. It is calm and very relaxed. Has tennis corts, fresh fish shops, different type of beaches for different needs, boats for boat tours, sup boards and many more activities. With a bus where bus stop is 5 mins away, or taxi bolt or Uber we could get anywhere we wanted in very short time ( mall of split, Klys etc) The house was very comfortable, it is equipped for hot weather. Black out blinds on the windows, both floors got air conditioner. Enough space and bathrooms for a group of 4-6 people. We had everything we needed throughout our stay provided in the house. We even were provided with new coffee machine. We came with two of our dogs. And I loved the fact that owner is pet friendly and allowed them to stay for a small additional fee.

The location is next to very busy road. Needed few days to get used to it. We knew that from other reviews and Google map before we booked. The advantage was low location, you don’t have to climb the mountain after sunbathing on a beach, this area is plain. But next streets are going waaaay up. I am a bit picky when it comes to cleaning. Generally apartment was clean, smelled fresh, sheets and tableware were good. But there were few things that cleaner skipped: washing machine, coffeemachine, sofas and chairs and the floor needs attention too. That’s why I can’t rate it as excellent.

The apartment is located 500m from the beach, there are also a lot of shops and bakeries within the walking distance. The apartment is new, very nice, clean, well-equiped and comfortable. Dea is a very friendly and helpful person, thank you for your assistance in various cases :)

The location of the apartment is not perfect, although it is pretty close to the beach, there is a busy street which makes the stay a little less comfortable than expected. Additionally, from our apartment there was no sea view as indicated in the offer.
