Review Apartment Ivanka Podstrana Croatia

Excellent location, very close to an amazing beach and also many stores and restaurants. Apartment was clean and has all the amentities needed for a comfortable stay. We had our own outdoor patio area with a large brick grill and view of the sea. There was also a table and chairs under a shady pine tree that smelled really nice plus a couple sun chairs on the lawn surrounded by beautiful flowers and shrubs. The beds were comfortable and the air conditionong worked great. There is a convenient laundry room on the property too which we used several times since we only had one change of clothes for an entire week. The price we paid was an excellent value and the hosts were gracious and helpful. We will be back for sure.

Ivanka was very friendly and offered us a larger (blue) apartment after we asked; she also arranged us a separate sleeping option with the sleeping couch; we were welcomed with a coffee and a delicious cake! and the beast part of the blue apartment (apt3) is the outdoor area with a great view.

we never had hot water in the shower even after waiting for some time, and the internet was having issues

Ivanka and Josip are absolutely wonderful hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I stayed for a glorious week in their garden apartment with my two adult children. The views of the Adriatic Sea from their peaceful garden are beautiful. The location is a very short walk to a fabulous beach (Strozanik) which we found to be excellent for swimming, snorkeling and of course sunbathing. We enjoyed our time leisurely exploring Podstrana and surrounding areas from the beaches, bars and restaurants to walks further inland by the Zrnovnica River and mountains. Podstrana is also an excellent base for touring further afield. We sightseed in Split where an Uber costs around £8. We explored the Krka National Park and went on a speedboat island tour with pick up and return all a short walk from the apartment. I highly recommend Ivanka and Josip's apartment and would not hesitate to book with them again. Thank you Ivanka and Josip for a superb holiday.

HIGH RECOMMENDED!!! Great apartament in beautifull place!!!

Apartament was very clean and comfortable. Own place in the garden. Aircondiotion in room. Place for grill, shower outside as well. Very nice Mountain view from the garden. Beautifull beach only 5min walking. Supermarket, bakery and bus stop to Split around 5 min walking. Ivanka is VERY NICE and HELPFUL person. She was care about us all the time.

Super apartament z pięknym widokiem, a nasz pobyt z pieskiem, który czuł się jak w domu,będziemy bardzo mile wspominać.

Przesympatyczni właściciele apartamentu, zostaliśmy bardzo mile powitani kawą i ciastem z brzoskwiniami. Kilka dni później pani poczęstowała nas ciastem z figami (obłędne)😊

Спочатку Вас зустрічає дуже привітна господиня Іванка. Нам запропонували чай/каву / воду з запашним пирогом із персиками. В апартаментах є все необхідне для відпочинку. В номері є рушники, фен, на кухні дуже багато різного посуду. Видно, як хазяйка вклала свою душу, щоб гостям було комфортно та затишно. Поруч є тераса , з якої відкривається неймовірний вид на море .В користуванні є шезлонги та стол стільцями.Якщо ви захочете, можна зробити шашлик та насолодитися неймовірними краєвидами та почути спів цикад. Дуже гарне розташування. В 2 хвилинах є невеликий магазин, в якому є все необхідне ( фрукти , овочі , морозиво , вода ,пршут ) , трішки далі є супермаркет Ribola. В 4-5 хвилинах від номеру пляж, самий чистий з дрібними камінцями . Обійшли багато пляжів , але пляж Строжанац найчистіший та зручний . Якщо буду їхати в Хорватію , то приїхала саме сюди. З задоволенням повернусь !
