Nice apartment with one bedroom and living room with kitchen. Clean. Nice view from the terrace. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Parking directly on site behind the house. Hosts were really nice and helpful, also gave as wine and honey as a present.

Air conditioning is only in the living room. Equipment in the kitchen could have also cutting board, kettle and some plates for soup.

Perfect stay!!!

Everything was perfect!!! Very nice place, amazing and clean beach in few steps, grocery shops and bakery are very close. It was the best apartment we’ve booked ever. Thks to Martina and her parents for their hospitality. Martina was always online via messenger, told us where to go and what to do! So our trip became very beautiful, tasty and interesting. I was impressed of every day and night staying in such a cozy and beautiful place with fantastic view!!!

The stay exceeded our expectations. I would highly reccommend it to anyone wanting to visit Podstrana/Split. The beaches in Podstrana is way better than in Split. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will be back!

After leaving I have to say that the whole stay was amazing beginning with a wonderful view, everything needed in the apartment and ending with great communication with Martina and the help from her parents. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to a closest beach with a possibility to walk to others along the coast. Supermarkets, bakeries and local small shops are from 3 to 10 minutes walk where you can find everything you need. Martina also provided us with a list of her own recommendatoions regarding favourite restaurants and must-have places to visit. You can also rent tours, cars and scooters in 10 minutes from the apartment. There are a lot of entertainment activities you can take nearby. There's also a bus stop right there, you can get to Split centre for about 25 minutes or take Uber and get there for 15 minutes. Recommend for sure! You will enjoy your stay!

Maybe some deep plates will be great to add to the set of dishes.

Excellent stay in Podstrana!

Very nice and comfortable apartment with a great sea view. It has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay: parking lot, grill, kitchenette with all the basics, balcony... We stayed for 2 weeks and found it perfect: sandy beach a few steps away; conveniently located: Bus stop, grocery store, bakery and fish market very close. Special highlight is the hospitality and friendliness of hosts: Very kind and helpful people that made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

Apartament świetnie wyposażony, w kuchni było wszystko to co potrzeba. Klimatyzacja w salonie oraz w sypialni która faktycznie chłodziła, telewizor z dostępem do Internetu, bardzo duży balkon, suszarka na ubrania. No po prostu wszystko to co jest potrzebne. Wspaniały widok na morze. Właściciel bardzo sympatyczny, który porozumiewał się w języku chorwackim i niemieckim. Po drugiej stronie drogi piękna plaża, i miejsce do spacerów, blisko restauracje i sklepy.

Jedyny malutki minusik jest taki że apartament znajduje się przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, był nie raz problem żeby dostać się na drugą stronę drogi.

L’attenzione ai particolari si unisce a un’accoglienza rara e speciale.

La vista mare è semplicemente straordinaria. 🌊 Pulizia impeccabile e servizi ottimi. La spiaggia più vicina è meravigliosa: fatta di piccoli sassolini, ma con fondale sabbioso. L’acqua regala sfumature incredibili tra l’azzurro e il verde. Indimenticabili i tramonti visti dal nostro balcone: ogni sera uno spettacolo diverso. I proprietari sono stati di una gentilezza rara: sempre pronti ad aiutare in caso di bisogno, ma mai invadenti. Parcheggio sicuro e sorvegliato da telecamere, letto molto comodo e bagno nuovo e moderno. L’attenzione ai dettagli fa capire che qui ci tengono davvero a far star bene gli ospiti: tavolette antizanzare a disposizione, carta igienica, detersivi, acqua fresca in frigo al nostro arrivo… e persino una birra ghiacciata che mio marito ha apprezzato tantissimo! 🍻 Grazie di cuore per tutto! 🙏

Było cudownie, na pewno wrócimy !

Sympatyczny i bardzo pomocny gospodarz, lokalizacja blisko plaży, piękny widok z tarasu, prywatny parking dla gości. Dostępny grill na tarasie. Dogodne dla nas godziny zameldowania jak i wymeldowania z obiektu za co jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni.

Gute Lage, sehr schöner Blick auf Split. Wir mussten das Apartment auch nicht direkt zum Check out verlassen sondern Neve hat uns Zeit gelassen. Schön ist der Private Parkplatz. Dankeschön
