Comfortable apartment, great location, best for four guests with transport.

The apartment is perfectly located within the Garda Resort Village. The terrace faces northeast, which was ideal during the extreme heat we experienced (up to 35–36°C). The view from the terrace is beautiful, overlooking one of the two large pool areas in the resort. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed — and more. We did encounter some issues with the air conditioning system during the hottest days, but the owner was extremely helpful and resolved the situation to our full satisfaction.

The apartment is perfect for four people. With five of us, it felt a bit tight at times — especially since the staircase to the attic partially blocked access between the living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms when in use. If possible, we would suggest relocating the staircase to another part of the living room to improve the flow. That said, we managed just fine and really appreciated the overall comfort and charm of the space. Do note that Garda Resort Village is about 2 km from the nearest supermarket, and the closest bus stop is approximately 1 km away. We strongly recommend having access to a car or bicycles to get around more easily.

Maloma is a very nice place to stay even though it is not located at the Gardasee directly.

The apartment is very well equipped and clean. There are even some spices for cooking. The balkony is nice and big. The little shop within this complex offers fresh bread in the morning and everything else you need (but is, of course, a little bit more expensive than outside of the complex). The sport area is also very nice. You can play soccer, table tennis, soccer table, tennis, beach volleyball....(no basketball). The residential complex (the gated area of the flat/houses) is very well mainained. There are a lot of pools which are also not crowded. Shopping possibilities are near by. Sirmione is very near and also peschiera del Garda is very close. We spoke to some of the people and a lot of people either even own flats there or at least come back each year. Parking spot was very spacious. The host was available at any time and very uncomplicated.

You cannot see the Gardasee from the flat and you either have to walk or drive (by bike or car) to get there. A possibility to play basketball would make the sport area perfect. We did not think of bringing toilet paper so don't forget. We had once an issue with a blackout (the power was gone). But you have a square wrench on the key so no problem to switch it back on. There are several pools which offer enough space for eveybody. The covering from the bottom of the pool seem to be come off a bit, so maybe this needs to be maintained a bit better/more often (as the rest of the complex). The third room is an more or less open area above the living room/kitchen. To get up there you have to use a ladder which is a little unsteady. So maybe nothing for small kids or elder people... You can also not stand there, so it is really just a place to sleep.

Exceptional

We had a fantastic week in this apartment. It was in a beautiful setting with 3 pools plus a much larger one for the more serious swimmer, tennis courts, play area for little ones and a shop. The complex is immaculate and feels very safe. The pictures of the property when booking, accurately reflect the apartment. Inside was well equipped, clean and comfortable with views of the pools and garden areas. It had everything you could possibly need including air con, washing machine, dishwasher and free parking. An added bonus was the built in bbq on the balcony which we made good use of! It was so peaceful. The host was so helpful, easy to contact and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend this place enough if you want a peaceful, self catering holiday close to many attractions on Lake Garda. Would recommend a car in order to visit other places on the lake although I'm sure you could use public transport as well.

Disappointing.

The pools were good for the children.

The apartment was not clean and we spent our full week trying to rectify the issue. This was difficult due to language barriers. There were dirty towels left from previous guests, dirty cloths and towels in the kitchen. No bin for the rubbish and doors in the kitchen were broken. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was unsatisfactory and the trouble we had trying to rectify it spoiled our time here. I notice now in hindsight there are very few reviews for this apartment and wonder if all of the negative ones have simply been deleted so I will be watching closely to ensure this is not the case as I would want people to be well informed about the property so they can form their own judgement before deciding about spending their money here.

Fabulous

A very pleasant and comfortable apartment. Lovely swimming pools and gardens. Good location except if you want to walk out at night.

It is described as beach front but you can’t access lake Garda from the complex, you need to drive into town or walk a distance before you can access it.

gemütlich, ruhig, besonderes Flair

Super Anlage mit Pool, ruhig und doch nahe genug am See bzw. Zentrum. Super Ausstattung des Appartments, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Insgesamt hatte das Appartment einen besonderen Flair!

Einzig das Bett im "dritten Schlafzimmer" war nicht sehr komfortabel und eher nur für Kinder geeignet (ausziehbare Couch auf Bodennähe), das Zimmer selbst über eine ausziehbare Treppe erreichbar.
