Among the organic vineyards, the Farmhouse offers a rural and comfortable stay for those who dream of countryside tranquillity, the scent of grass, the beauty of the starry sky; for those interested in art cities: within a radius of about 40 km Brescia and Bergamo, cultural capitals in 2023, Verona the city of Romeo and Juliet, and then Milan and then Venice. Cascina Polone is the ideal stay for those who want to dive into entertainment centres like Gardaland, or for those who want to get lost among the well-organised cycle paths of the splendid morainic hills. And then Sirmione with Catullus' caves, with the story of Maria Callas, the sulphurous waters, which can be easily reached by urban bus that stops about 100 metres from the house. A short walk of about 700 metres to reach the equipped beach of Punta Grò, a small supermarket and a welcoming bar. In the wide green area surrounding the Farmhouse, tables, chairs and armchairs are available, as well as a barbecue and an outdoor shower.Your animals are welcome.For those arriving by car, there is a convenient private parking in the courtyard.The Martino apartment is located on the first floor, with a beautiful view of the vineyards, and can accommodate six (6) people. In the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a hob and microwave, a double sofa bed, and a TV; WIFI connection is active. On the mezzanine, there is a comfortable double bed, a bunk bed, a wardrobe, and a windowed bathroom with a shower.
