בית גדול ומרווח , נקי עם סלון גדול וספה שיכולה להפתח למיטה, פלוס 2 חדרי שינה נוספים , מיטה בחדר ההורים גדולה ונוחה , בחדר השני יש מיטה קומותיים שעשוייה ממתכת קצת חורקת , המרפסת מרווחת מאוד עם נוף לאגם , יש בריכה ממש מחוץ לבית ,ו 2 חופים בהליכה קצר מהבית . סופרמארקט ממש קרוב שאפשר ללכת ברגל שזה יתרון גדול .חניה גדולה ומרווחת ומזגן בכל חדר.
רק המיטה שחורקת בחדר השני קצת הפריעה ל2 ילדים ביחד לישון שם ביחד , אבל בקשנו שיפתחו את הספה בסלון וזה פתר את הבעיה .
