An Absolute Gem of a Place to Stay When in Stegna

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about Villa Lipova. Joanna our host was very welcoming and helpful, the room was modern, clean, comfortable and extremely well located to the beach and all that Stegna has to offer. While meals are not offered, a refrigerator along with tea & coffee making facilities were provided in the room as well as a fully functional share kitchen down stairs next to an air-conditioned dining room. Outdoor dining areas are provided as well and the entire property including the carpark is secure. Good free WiFi is available in all areas. While both are walkable, a short train ride will get you to Stutthof Concentration Camp or Sztutowo. Bicycles are also a great way of getting around.

Beautiful apartments in a very new building, perfectly located between the beach (15 min walk) and many restaurants and shops (5 min)! Room was very spacious and left nothing to be desired. Check-in and check-out was very convenient and personal. We will gladly return anytime!

Miejsce zdecydowanie warte polecenia!

Pani Właścicielka jest niezwykle uprzejmą osobą, więc samo pierwsze wrażenie bardzo pozytywne. Wykończenie oraz wyposażenie całego domku na wysokim poziomie, zdecydowanie wyższy poziom niż by sugerowała cena. Czysto, schludnie i ciepło. Pokoje wyposażone w wysoki standard (np. ekspres do kawy, z kapsułkami do kawy!), do tego przestronny pokój gościnny oraz bogato wyposażona kuchnia. W dniu przyjazdu (31.12) czekał na nas w pokoju szampan oraz duża taca pełna owoców i słodkości. W całym budynku jest cicho i przytulnie. Jeśli szukasz nowocześnie, a zarazem bogato wyposażonego ośrodka, ale z dala od huczliwych miejsc (typu Mielno czy Władysławowo), zdecydowanie polecam. Na plażę można dojść spacerem około 20 minut, więc jest to idealne miejsce również na spokojne spacery oraz zabranie ze sobą rowerów. Zdecydowanie POLECAM!

Fantastyczny pobyt w Villa Lipova Stegna !!

Piękny, bardzo gustownie a zarazem nowocześnie urządzony dom z kilkoma apartamentami. Położony w centrum Stegny. Wspólna, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i pokój dzienny, gdzie można spożywać posiłki, ale też odpocząć przy książce lub grze planszowej (są dostępne). Apartamenty przestronne i nieskazitelnie czyste. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Na terenie obiektu bezpłatny parking dla gości. Jest też miejsce do przechowywania rowerów. Bardzo sympatyczna Pani Gospodarz udzieliła nam informacji o godnych polecenia restauracjach, śniadaniowniach i miejscach wartych zobaczenia. Podsumowując Villa Lipova Stegna to obiekt klasy premium. Polecam każdemu.

Jesteśmy pod wielkim wrażeniem miejsca i podejścia Gospodarzy.

Absolutnie wszystko było bez zarzutu. Świetna organizacja, jasne, logiczne i nastawione na komfort gości zasady. Godne podziwu zaangażowanie Gospodarzy. Dbałość o każdy szczegół. Obiekt jest świetnie zbudowany, zaplanowany, przestrzeń jest przemyślana i bardzo przyjazna. Najwyższa jakość detali. Wygodne łóżka, dużo przestrzeni. Znakomicie pod każdym względem i przede wszystkim przemiła Pani Gospodyni.

Nie znajduję takich rzeczy. Miejsce oferuje wszystko, co jest zadeklarowane na stronie.

Naprawdę piękny obiekt, cudowny pokój, czyściutko. Dodatkowo na dole maksymalnie wyposażona kuchnia i klimatyczna jadalnia.

Dość daleko do morza….ale dla fanów długich spacerów zapewne będzie to atutem. Droga miła i przyjemna.

Bardzo gościnni gospodarze. Obiekt dopracowany w każdym szczególe. Ma swój styl. Komfortowo, nowocześnie. W naszym odczuciu bardzo atrakcyjna relacja jakości do ceny.

Willa Lipowa to mały bardzo porządny hotel. Zachwyca czystostoscią, funkcjonalnością i wyposażeniem. Pokoje witają gości przyjemnym zapachem , wymaglowana pościelą a w łazience wszystkim niezbędnymi przyborami taki jak ręczniki czy płyny czystości. Ogromny plus za kuchnię z pełnym wyposażeniem, jadalnię nie tylko w pomieszczeniu ale także na powietrzu a kosze bujane do odpoczynku dopełniają komfort. Nie można nie wspomnieć o bardzo miłym i profesjonalnym zameldowaniu przez właścicielkę Panią Joannę, której należą się szczere podziękowania nie tylko za życzliwość i otwartość na rozmowę ale także za nietuzinkową osobowość i wysoką kulturę. Z pewnością wrócimy
