The condition of the APT was terrible, we stayed elsewhere, I am demanding a 100% compensation.

Upon arrival at the APT address, I was informed that I had to pick up the keys at another location in the city at the landlord's office. The APT was in terrible condition, dirty, mold in the corners of the room, moths, bones on the terrace, and, most importantly, dirty and torn sheets and bedding. The condition of the APT was so terrible that we stayed elsewhere and I am demanding a full refund of the amount paid.

Nice place to stay, would reccomend

We liked the location, easy access to the beach, food shoops, budget restaurant and pharmacy. Clean new and fresh place to stay with secure gates. Everything we needed was in the flat but we were dining outside. Very green and calm surroundings.

The type of foot paths lining between gate and the apartment made us bring dust to the property on our shoes but we liked the property and would stay again.

Too small for 6 people for the price. It is basically one bedroom appartment. Also the staff did not even visit to ask how we are doing. Basically no interest from the team managing the property. Very small fridge. Bedding was not too good and frankly also not too clean. It was ok but not exceptional and small for 6 people.

Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. Good size.

No microwave, despite it was listed. Plates and cutlery not clean properly. Some dust, broken toilet paper holder, shower drainage blocked, very bad pillows, generally a bit tired. Could be great place, just need some TLC

Great location, relaxing roof terrace.

The location was close to the beach and just a very short walk to all of the bars and restaurants. It was easy to travel by uber to both Gdynia and Gdansk (Uber works out cheaper than the carriage train) The room was spacious and had access to the Saunas but it was limited to a short time in the evening that was required to be booked in with Security.

The only inconvenience is that the office where the keys are collected from and returned to is a bit of a distance away and not on the premises.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay

Very nice apartments, our room was well equipped and we had a nice view of the garden and a large balcony. The beach is about 150 m from the apartment, which was very convenient, and also a good breakfast daily bar is in the close vicinity. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and the Sopot centre and who seeks a quiet and comfortable place to stay in.

Our parking place was a little bit too small to fit in. Also, regular cleaning is a service that needs to be paid extra on demand, but there were no cleaning tools (a sponge mop or so) available in the room.

Quality apartment with horrendous parking

The apartment is modern and close to the sea. It is furbsihed. The security guard was immediately downstairs to help. There was a gift waiting. The TV had smart applications.

The parking was a joke. Extremely narrow space. It took a quarter to park. There were only two rolls of toilet paper. There were only 3 dishwasher pills for 3 nights.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko morza. W apartamencie ciepło i czysto. Kuchnia wyposażona w naczynia i chemię. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

W momencie naszego pobytu w Sopocie było jedno lodowisko, a ścieżki na terenie obiektu przypominały tory bobslejowe, strach było chodzić. Dopiero po interwencji ścieżki posypano piaskiem

Super lokalizacja, blisko plaży Wygodne miejsce na kilkudniowy odpoczynek Kilku udogodnień nie mogliśmy wykorzystać ze względu na porę roku

Obiekt sprzed 14-stu lat i wtedy był na pewno wow. Ale tera hmmmm… sporo mankamentów wzrokowych. Przepalone żarówki, sfatygowane lampy i kilka innych. Podsumowując; obiekt nastawiony na zarabianie bez „zbędnych” inwestycji. Wystrój made in Ikea Ładny lecz mocno wysłużony. Poza tym poziom odśnieżenia i posypania chodników tragedia.

Trochę za drogie jak na to co oferuje.

Lokalizacja korzystna, ale widok z okna słaby. Aby trafić do apartamentu musiałem wykonać zadanie z cyklu gry miejskie. Pilot do garażu otwierał trzy bramy. Nigdzie żądnych oznaczeń mojego mieszkania.

Wymienić pościel na nową, bo ta obecna ma swoje lata i np. poduszki są po prostu do wyrzycenia.

Jedno wielkie rozczarowanie ,apartament który popsuł nam pobyt w Pięknym Sopocie.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja .Cała moja ocena dotyczy apartamentu w 6B1 w budynku Parkowa 69.

Codziennie kłopoty z ciepłą wodą ,trzeba było 20 minut spuszczać wodę i czekać na lekko ciepłą/ ale i tak była tylko bardzo lekko ciepła.W oczekiwaniu na ciepłą wodę przeciekające kolanko umywalki spowodowało dwa razy zalanie szuflad z rzeczami i łazienki . Przywitała nas śmierdząca kiełbasa w lodówce i brudne okna .Dziurawe i mokre meble tapicerowane na tarasie .Była fajna pogoda , ale taras nie do użytku.Z dziurawych mebli ciekła woda -a reklamowany był jako apartament z tarasem.Mam dokumentację zdjęciową Absolutnie nie tego spodziewaliśmy się po apartamencie z czterema gwiazdkami.Byliśmy na początku grudnia i lokal po sezonie nie był gotowy do wynajmu .Tylko jeden ręcznik dla osoby - po kąpieli w chłodnej wodzie nie było czym wytrzeć włosów.Był ekspresik do kawy ,ale nawet jednej filiżanki na kawę nie było .W lokalu tylko 4 kubki .Warunki jak w bardzo średniej klasy Hostelu/ nie obrażając Hostelu.Poza tym nie była to oferta z obniżoną ceną - to nie była jakaś okazja .Dokonaliśmy pechowego wyboru ,ponieważ wokół było mnóstwo wolnych apartamentów .Chcieliśmy coś komfortowego - zdecydowaliśmy się na czterogwiazdkowy " Blue Marlin Luxory Apartaments"-i okazało się ,że to żenada . Odbiór kluczy w skrytce pod innym adresem- to też nie było komfortowe .Czyli gość po podróży musi jechać pod inny adres do skrytki wziąć klucze i dopiero wówczas udać się pod adres gdzie wynajmuje mieszkanie .Nie rozumiem dlaczego skrytka do lokalu nie może być pod adresem w którym mam mieszkać . Nasza opinia dotyczy apartamentu 6B 1;w budynku Parkowa 69 , ten obiekt ma jeszcze apartamenty w budynku obok Parkowa 67/ być może pozytywne opinie tyczą właśnie tego drugiego budynku ,może tam jest ciepła woda ...... Chcemy jak najszybciej zapomnieć o Blue Marlin Luxory Apartments Parkowa 67/69

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, 2 min do plaży,10 do centrum,bezpłatny parking na terenie posesji ,cisza i spokój

W biurze gdzie odbieraliśmy klucze słaba informacja na temat lokalizacji apartamentu ( są 2 budynki ) natomiast na pochwałę zasługuje P.portier (sobota 08.11 w godz.popołudniowych ) po którego zadzwoniliśmy i zaprowadził nas pod same drzwi tłumacząc do czego są poszczególne klucze .

Super że są dwa telewizory szkoda tylko że jeden pilot który na dodatek nie działa pomimo wymienionych baterii. Zdecydowanie za mało zastawy.

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage mit Küche und allem Zubehör. Nur zwei Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Kostenloser Parkplatz und kostenloses WLAN.

Es war nur ein Handtuch für zwei Personen und drei Übernachtungen vorhanden. Trotz Nachfrage gab es keine Nachlieferung. Duschtücher gab es zum Glück genügend.

Wyśmienita lokalizacja i obiekt wart tej ceny

Byłem już czwarty raz z rzędu i obiekt trzyma wysoki poziom ale po tylu latach zaczyna być widać pewne braki w apartamencie .Jeżeli to czyta zarządca apartamentu to warto wymienić parę rzeczy. Kiedyś były kieliszki na wino - teraz brak .Pojemnik na płyn do mycia naczyń zachodzi powoli pleśnią - należało by wymienić. Roleta na balkonie nie działa - do wymiany bateria.Brak w oknie balkonowym firanki - kiedyś była. Poduszka na bujany fotel wymaga wyprania. Kuchenka mikrofalowa przeżyła już swoją młodość. Brakuje płynu do dezynfekcji toalety.Dla elegancji wypadało by zamienić koc na łóżku na narzutę.Mie są to wielkie koszta a podniosło to wrażenie ogólne. Po za tym miejsce idealne .
