Receptions members of staff being helpful and friendly ;always ready to help within their capacity Breakfast was very good -varieties of food
Hotel short of staff . I requested some help and assistance with some bedding around 5 Am in the morning due to my son being unwell ( feeling sick) the security staff shouted at me , and used abusive language . I had to calm him down otherwise I had to call the police. There was no help available due to shortage of staff. Also, rooms were not very clean . Bathroom and some of the drawers were not clean . However, I did raised the matter to reception a cleaner came to clean with some kind of window clean product rather than with some bathroom cleaning products.
