I went to vacation with my family and we happy that we made right choice when we decided to stay in that hotel. Appartment was clean, everything was excellent . Manager was friendly and always made our wishes like a magic fairy.

The location is great. Easy parking. The pool was really lovely for families with young children - and it's clean. Spacious room and the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries were missing as they should be provided according to website but the owner has bought some quickly - she's very helpful. Lift is available so helpful for those with young children.
A lot of things in the room were broken but not replaced eg, bedside lamps in the bedroom and towel holder in the bathroom. There are quite a lot of soap stains in the shower. Lighting in bathroom not sufficient. You may want to check if specific items in the kitchen are available if you are planning to cook. More major issues include a leaking boiler if it's on for a while - the owner has placed a bucket underneath it - but can be hazardous. They didn't say they accept cash only in advance (including website and email confirmation as we have checked multiple times before we left London) so it's a lot of hassle for us - they have updated the payment wording on Booking.com subsequently when we protested so hopefully it's not an issue for other international travellers who don't use Euros in general in the future.

The building is very nice apartment comfortable, view to the pool, quiet good for family, pool is beautiful and very clean and warm
The neighbourhood is still under construction, elevator didnt work the whole time of our stay, and our apprt.was on the 3rd floor, the kitchen didnt have enough supplies, but you can ask the owner, they are very friendly and helpful
