The location is perfect. The room was comfortable and unique. Everything was clean and the breakfast was superb.

Great central location with everything within walking distance. The room had good soundproof windows, so it was quiet despite being in a busy area. We had a lovely castle view with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast is provided by a local restaurant downstairs, not comparable to a full hotel buffet, but very good quality for a B&B-style stay.
Parking near the port can be challenging during a long weekend, though we were able to find a space on a weekday.
There is no kettle in the room, and the stairs are very steep, which makes carrying luggage up quite difficult. The property may not be suitable for guests with accessibility or mobility issues.

Everything was very clean and the upgraded (thank you) room and bathroom beautiful. Great shower. Comfortable bed. We appreciated the welcome drink and excellent croquettes.
Breakfast was average but the coffee was terrible, the replacement coffee was the same quality and obviously nobody had checked and rectified the problem,or indeed seemed very concerned. Disappointing.
Even on one of the quietest of winter nights there was some noise from the street for light sleepers this may be a problem in a very busy summer.

Good service, we ordered flowers on the room, and this was handled in an excellent way.
The location of the hotel was fantastic and in the centre of old town. Short way to go everywhere in the city centre. Silent area. The wifi worked properly.
The restaurant Wild Duck is pretty good.
The pictures of the breakfast was quite different between online and the breakfast we were served.
The bread could have been fresh, we found it dry. They should also make scrambled egg, and soft boiled eggs.
There is not any elevator, so we had to climb 2 steep floors to get into the room. However we are in old town, so we must accept it is difficult to upgrade with elevator. The room was ok.
