Residenza di Fedralia

Localisation, comfy bed

The lack of room cleaning is scandalous. I’m not even talking about washing or thorough cleaning, but simply taking out the rubbish and the fact that we had to dispose of used toilet paper in the bin in bathroom. The long email was ralking about fees but nothimgh about wjat to fo with trash. For three days, we had to smell the used toilet paper sitting in the bin next to our beds! The same applied to the rest of the rubbish. No place to take it out. What happens if someone stays longer? Especially in the summer? It is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable to stay in such conditions! Also no change of towels and the shower was not working properly. The rooms looks really nice but after 3 days you stay with dirty and smellung room. I understand the reasons for not flushing paper, but this should be sort out with regular disposal of trash

This is the second year we stayed at Residenza Di Fedralia. We came back not only because it’s very central, modern and clean, but also the positive experience we had last year. We forgot a golden ring in the safe box and noticed this once we already arrived in Athens and were about to fly back. The hotel staff located it and handed it over to our local Greek friend and this year we were re-united with the ring. The facility is very nice and we would definitely go back.

This year our room was not properly cooling down although it showed 17 degrees celcius. When we communicated with the staff about this we noticed that they were not very happy about this and told us to keep the temperature at 20 degrees as long as the weather is not hotter than 35 degrees celcius. The coffee machine was not working but after the reaction about the AC, we didn’t feel like we should approach them about this. Also beware of the very steep stairs if you have an issue walking.

Location, supportiveness by owner during stay, accepting proposals for improvements, modern style of appartment - the room

Toilet, dust and cleanness, something for swimsuit drying on the balcony or somewhere

Very central, easy to access with codes provided by the property, comfortable bed

Room very small, and bathroom is uncomfortable and had mould on the ceiling! During the night it “rained” in our bathroom from the ceiling, which explains the mould I guess
