Pro: la posizione della struttura è comodissima per accedere a piedi alla spiaggia di Michelino. Comodità del letto Diffusore per capelli ricci Ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti da poter portare al mare Vista dalla terrazza dove si fa colazione
Condizionatore con muffa (resettato alla meglio dopo segnalazione) Parcheggio auto su sterrato, interamente al sole. Dover comunicare entro le 21 cosa si vuole mangiare a colazione. Mancanza di zanzariera sulla finestra, pertanto se si vuole dormire con la finestra aperta si offre ospitalità a zanzare e simili. Mini frigo funzionava a stento; piccolo frigo con celletta freezer in condivisione tra 4 camere posto all'ingresso. Giardino non curato, frutti marci in terra e infinità di formiche che arrivavano sul patio e in camera a causa della scarsa cura anche di quest'ultimo. Camera non insonorizzata, si sentono di continuo gli ospiti delle altre 3 camere entrare/uscire e chiudere le porte anche solo per accedere al piccolo frigorifero in comune messo a disposizione.
