Location was perfect. Maurizio was fantastic and kept checking everything was ok. He went above and beyond when he collected us and our bags from the free parking, saving us a 15 min walk in 40 degree heat! The room was lovely and very clean. The use of beach umbrellas and towels is a great touch and saves you a considerable amount of money.
We did visit in peak season (09-13 Aug 26) but it was more expensive per night than our stays in Puglia and Amalfi. However, do not let this put you off.

It was in a good location
Lots of stairs and hard to bring suitcase up, A/C did work as good as good and family of 5 in a very small room.
