Easy to check in, spacious rooms, great location, deposit was returned within a few days of our check out. This place is ideal to use as a base for a group of friends up in Newcastle for a weekend.
The place has a feel of a student house that has just been professionally cleaned, which was fine for us as a group of lads but i would not recommend to families or anyone with high standards of cleaning. As for the amenities, the showers had a mind of their own with very poor water pressure, most of the internal door locks were broken and some of the sealants/fittings were also poorly done. Communication with the host was very inconsistent in the run up to our stay - sometimes we waited weeks for a reply to our requests. On the day of check in it was fine, however I would recommend calling/texting the contact number provided.

ideal location, plenty of on street parking, cheap and cheerful. How I remember student accommodation.
few more knives and forks, plates would have been good and a dishwasher would be a great addition.
