Springwood Villas is located just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Visitors to the complex have access to a complex pool as well.

Super nice place. Loved decor. Short walk to beach, shops & restaurants.

The location was great- a 10 min walk to the beach. The floors were a bit sandy on arrival- management took care of it the next morning. There were a few general maintenance issues (clogged drains, lights, etc), which we reported at check out.

Stair up to the townhome, stairs in the townhome. Stairs too the pool. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. It was just too much for my knees.
