2BR Parkside Villa - Walk to Coligny

The photos of the inside of the property matched the rental. We really enjoyed the inside of where we stayed. We did have some issues which I did address with the contact I was given during my stay

I didn’t like that I was given an access code for the pool which did not exist and was not needed. Turns out a code is not needed and it was the random blank card hanging by the front door. When trying to locate the pool there was an issue. I reached out to the phone number provided and the person who answered was unable to help me locate the pool. I had to ask a random stranger who also was staying on the property. I was told by the customer service rep that it would take at least 20 minutes to get me a map to locate the pool. We also had to leave out the back sliding door which had no lock to even access the pool which was 3 buildings away. There was a “smart” thermostat that kept turning the air conditioner back to a pre set temp of 80 degrees, mind you it was the beginning of August during our stay. I reached out about this issue and was told someone would reach back out to me to further assist me. I went to the store and upon arrival back at the property a man was leaving the property and told me he adjusted the thermostat for me. I had no idea someone was coming out to assist because I was not told so. This issue continued but to a preset of 75 after he left. Also the other guest that stayed in neighboring units could be heard as if they were in the unit with us. I was woken up 2 mornings in a row around 8 am by neighbors talking loudly outside the kitchen window of the unit. There was also some pieces of the blinds missing at the sliding door which made me feel very uncomfortable and the master bedroom shower liner had mold and soap scum 🤮
