Full size washer and dryer, amenities included wireless internet, flat screen TV's. This property is 3 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and within 1 block of the Van Der Meer Tennis Center. This community has an on-site pool and a toddler pool. Parking is available close to the stairwell leading to the front door of the property. Springwood is within walking distance of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. Enjoyed our condo and the pool a lot. Hilton Head's a special destination! Plenty to do and see. The condo is walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza… and a short drive to many good locations. Only wish there were outside grilles to use on the property. Definitely a high recommendation.

We had a great time at 62 Springwood. It had everything we needed. Loved being walking distance to just about anything. The only drawback were the stairs going to the pool area. Otherwise, we loved it!

It was perfect for what we needed it for which was sleeping between golfs rounds. Needs some attention and maybe cosmetic upgrades sooner than later. Slept 6 without any issues.
