Springwood 22 is a spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath first floor condo located in the South Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island!
Only walking distance to many shops, parks, restaurants, entertainment, and the BEACH!!!
When renting this lovely condo you will be greeted by casual Island décor that gives off serene island vibes! The living room is equipped with new furniture and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy the fully equipped and remodeled kitchen that opens up to the dining area and living spaces. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar. You will access the outdoor patio through the slider doors located off of the living room. The outdoor patio is great area to sit and have your morning coffee, read a book and just relax and soak in your vacation. Off the patio enjoy the walkways the spacious courtyard, the lagoon with a fountain and a bridge to the community pool and sunbathing deck.
The master bedroom features a king bed, TV and a private remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower. The first guest bedroom features a king bed with a Roku TV and DVD player and access to the bathroom that is also served as the guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, features a cable TV, and a private bath. All bedrooms are comfortable and cozy to get a good nights sleep to wake up refreshed to start the next day ready for more memories to be made on your vacation!
Springwood Rules: NO pets, grills, smoking, trailers, campers, boats or golf carts are allowed on property. A complete list of rules are posted inside the villa.

It would have been nice to know we needed to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. But everything else was wonderful!!

We were here to get married, and needed a larger place to accommodate our family. The weather was perfect!! The place itself was very nice. However, my chief complaint would be the beach access. We had no instructions telling us how to get there. Especially with the road closure, it would have been nice to get some help. It is NOT A SHORT WALK!!!!! as we were led to believe. We had to load up our truck and drive and try to find parking in that crazy puplic lot!! It was very stressful!! Our wedding was on the beach at Coligny and we could not find parking. Because we were in our wedding attire, some kind people took pity on us and let us have their spot. We thought we were across the street!! Or a short path. Most people chose their location based on beach access, and we were extremely disappointed with the description provided on-line.
The other problem was that some of our guests were unhappy with the OUTSIDE no smoking policy. We are not smokers ourselves, but some of our kids are. If this info was in the small print, we missed it. However, if it is not, I highly recommend informing people before hand. They had to smoke in their cars!!
I was very happy with the service from Beachside Getaways and would rent from you again, provided we have more detailed information on the distance to the beach.
