When we arrived in the timesloth noted, the owner did not Pick up his phone. There were nobody Around and no information. After 20 min a lady showed up. There were no written instructions about the trash. Luckily we met some friendly neighbours.

It's not as it says in the booking advertise! Apartment and private office are part of the same space! The office and the apartment are separated by only one room door, and voices and the telephone can be heard from the office, as if the office is in the apartment itself. Absolutely no privacy! The terrace of the apartment practically does not exist. The terrace is the main entrance to the office. Despite the fact that the ad says that it is an integral part of the apartment, it is not a pleasant stay in it considering the office. The owner, very unpleasant. On the first day, we received a SMS text message that we made a BIG PROBLEM, because the children picked lemons on the terrace, and that they would come to see the condition of the apartment before we leave, and charge for all the damage done. Despite the agreement with the owner about the time, he did not show up. We didn't have time to react and find new apartment, cause we paid this one in advance. Already upon arrival, our stay in the apartment was bittered.

Great location just outside the walled city of Lucca, well equipped apartment

location is excellent for Lucca with a gate to the city 5 minutes away, apartment very clean and well laid out. Underground parking a great bonus.

code access to building and apartment would be much better than having no one available to let you in, having to call and then wait for someone to come to give you keys. 9am check-out is too early, 10am would be more reasonable.

Inhospitable hosts and a gloomy, strange property.

The property was clean

The owners would not allow us into the apartment during the time advertised. Once we had paid we were informed that we could not check in between 1-3 as advertised, but had to come after 3. Completely inflexible and this meant we had to change our plans. The property was incredibly gloomy, barely any natural light. A very strange set up that I only discovered after reading other reviews, the owners did not explain. I awoke one morning to hear what sounded like someone entering the apartment and a man speaking in low tones very close by. It transpired that there is a separate entrance to a room in the apartment which someone uses as an office. This is an internal door and the only thing separating it from the rest of the apartment is a locked door. Quite alarming to wake to these noises!

Casa molto comoda, in ottima posizione.

La posizione della casa è fantastica per visitare Lucca senza essere nella zona pedonale. La casa è comoda e spaziosa per una coppia e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto in garage è perfetta per le nostre esigenze.

Hyvin varusteltu ja käytännöllinen asunto lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Parkkihalli oli ehdoton valttikortti samoin kuin erillinen wc. Kävellen alle 10 minuuttia vanhan kaupungin muureille ja autolla kätevästi päiväretkille minne vain.

Pieni piha oli ankea, mutta tuskinpa siellä olisi ehditty istustellakaan :-) Olohuoneessa nukkuja koki jääkaapin äänekkääksi

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist super in der Nähe der Altstadt gelegen. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Toll ist die Möglichkeit des Stellplatzes in der Tiefgarage.

Super für einen Aufenthalt in Lucca

Alles sauber, große Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Gute Lage im ins Zentrum zu laufen (5 Minuten). Parkplatz in Tiefgarage - groß genug für Van oder SUV.

Das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem - selbst für unsere 2 kleinen Mädchen. Wenn das ausgetauscht würde, wäre alles perfekt. 😊
