The location was perfect for our needs as we wanted to visit various locations in the region. Orvieto is very close while the beautiful hill towns, lakes and spas of the regions nearby are easily accessible by car.
Lack of privacy at times.

Everything was just perfect. The flat is big and well equiped. Also the very good and powerful climate control helps to quickly cool down if it gets too hot outside. There is a nice bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The garden is very big and well maintained, so it is nice to sit under one of the old trees. The place becomes special however because of the very nice hosts. They really take care, so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
