The position and the outlook. It was roomy and comfortable.
The property desperately needs some maintenance - a broken, dirty fan was left in one of the bedrooms (we bought a new one & disposed of the broken one),the lid on the kitchen bin was broken, the washing machine leaked, both the gauze and the glass sliding doors were very difficult to open and close. Last year we had a different unit in the same complex which was in much better condition & certainly more pleasant to stay in.

The unit was very comfortable and the location was great with the beach a short walk away and the pool for when the weather was inclement. I have been going to Bayparklands for many years and it never disappoints.
The price was high considering that linen hire was extra and having to supply toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and tablets as well as bin bags was a bit disappointing.

Unit was clean and comfortable and well equipped. Unit was surrounded by beautiful parkland, with a little creek attracting lots of birds, ducks. Bay in the background.
Facilities listed were spa, table tennis, tennis courts.
Spa empty and table tennis room padlocked. No tennis racquets anywhere would have had to buy or own.
