The location and the fact that it was a ground level unit.
The double bed was very uncomfortable. This was the only problem we had with the unit. We will definitely come again and recommend this property to friends and family.

I loved the amazing location. I have stayed at parklands before and love it for kids so close to little beach and has a lovely reserve for kids to play and ride bikes.
I think for how expensive this accomodation was it could have been cleaner. The carpet was dirty I had to put my baby on a seperate mat to play on as she kept getting long black hairs all over her. There was also several wet patches of carpet in the master bedroom on arrival that never went away. Overall cleanliness needs to be improved for the cost of this accomodation.
