Good location. Lovely area. Well fenced for our dogs.
The leather lounge needs replacing. Seating sunken. Rest of furniture and beds comfortable. Unfortunately super storm cut electricity to the whole area.

Very clean, walking distance to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood, covered parking and plenty of parking available on the street. Lots of room, it was a little too big for just two people.
Vinyl sofa in living room a little dated, not that comfortable, we put sheets and blankets on it and grabbed a bunch of pillows, much better for watching TV. Shower head in the bathroom was broken, the collar used to screw the head on was cracked so if you tried to move it, it would fall off.
