Obviously the location is just stunning. The unit was very comfy and clean and had everything we needed.

I went to use the oven one night and found it had a really bad smell when I opened the door. Not sure how often it gets used, it wasn't dirty or anything just the smell. I was only trying to cook garlic bread and the smell did sort of affect the bread so I couldn't eat it. I wasn't intending to really use the oven so it wasn't a problem for me but for someone who wanted to cook every night it would have been a problem.

Very Lovely relaxing location, watching boating, fishermen, kids enjoying the very safe beach, dolphins just 10 metres off shore edge, all from the small balcony

The main bedroom a little small with only a double bed, the mattress was very hard, so sleeping was a little difficult, the second bedroom although we did not use was also small, but adequate for small children. The kitchen very small, living area adequate with nice lounges, no wi fi or foxtell, The kitchen cooktop had been smashed by previous tenants, agent was informed on arrival and a second visit to the agency, but nothing done to fix. we could only use one of the 4 hotplates Access to unit on 2nd floor was via external stairway, the tiles to the access stairs and landings need a clean. There were garages on site, but we did not have access, and had to park in a side parking area. The grounds very kept nice with plenty of grass area
