- great location, quiet, set back from the road, close to the busy areas and beach - 2 beach parasols to take to the beach which was lovely - great shower - amenities close by (Dia food store next to front door etc) - very clean - comfy bed and sheets, 2 of us didn't find it small but we are smaller people - handy QR code to show what's on in the area - lift access and secure foyer area - the staff member i spoke to on the phone for check in was lovely and accommodating - had essentially everything we needed for a short stay and the photos were spot on so we got exactly what we were expecting - kind enough to allow us a late check out at no extra charge, which we appreciated immensely!

- there could have been more things such as toilet roll (we got 2 for 5 days stay so we bought extra) and dishwashing/clothes washing supplies (we were given one pod) - the property is overlooked by another, taller building with windows, which made us worry we were being too noisy for the neighbours - one sun lounger was broken on one side, but still sort of usable if i was careful with it

Está en pleno centro , con supermercado al lado. Zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos. El apartamento muy acogedor y con todo lo necesario. La terraza espaciosa , con intimidad y amplia. Volveríamos a elegirlo. El anfitrión muy atento y servicial en toda nuestra estancia.

Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Dazu freundlich eingerichtet. In ein paar Minuten ist man in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Günstig auch, dass sich ein Supermarkt direkt neben dem Ferienobjekt befindet. Ich kann das Apartment empfehlen.

Location is very good. 2 mins from Plaza Merced. 10 mins from Muelle 1 and 15 mins from Malagueta Beach. Safe secure and quiet building, especially at night. Comfortable bed. Really handy to have a washing machine. Great sunny terrace. Yes it’s overlooked by the building opposite but you can sit next to the back wall which gives you total privacy.

It is a very small studio which is fine as I was travelling solo. It would be nice to not only have the bed to relax on inside. But it’s not a big problem. Not having a plug socket or lamp next to the bed is a bit inconvenient but not the end of the world.
