Very good location. Very helpful host. Parking garage (bring "small" car only. If you can call your car somehow small, it's good to go). The view to the park. Very good amenities. Stable and fast WiFi connection. If kept up properly, the apartment is a reliable asset that can offer a great stay. We appreciate how much the host has worked to make this apartment a reality and urge him to take advantage of its special location in the center of Málaga.

The lack of air flow has caused the apartment and bedroom closet to smell musty. There is a plate underneath the bathroom sink that collects the water that you occasionally have to pour away due to a leaky pipe. The entire 10-day stay was without any cleaning. The bedroom window opens into the house. Just outside that window is a motion detector. If you move in bed, the detector will turn on the light outside the window, even if there is a tent over the window. I know it sounds crazy, but this is what we have experienced. Poor isolation from noise. During repairs on the floor above, it is very audible when a screw falls to the ground. The pipes are positioned too near the outside wall, giving the neighbor's flush sound the appearance of being as close as your own. It is obvious that the bed is too small for two people who do not intend to cuddle. The sofa in the living room is not suitable for extended periods of sleep. You will find it difficult to sleep if you have persistent back pain. The bathroom door is squeaky and noisy, and it needs to be fixed. The dogs next door were barking at 1 a.m.

L'emplacement est parfait ! Proche de tout ce qu'il faut voir.. Petite rue sans passage de voiture. L'appartement est très bien équipé.

Parfois des jeunes se retrouvent sur l'arrière de l'immeuble le soir, ils sont bruyants et laissent derrière eux des déchets, dommage...

L’emplacement, le parking et l’accueil de l’hôte sont parfaits. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Christian est très arrangeant et donne de bons conseils.

Es war ein ruhiger Wohnort in der Stadt. Frühstücken und einkaufen alles in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Der abgesproche Transport zum Flughafen hat super geklappt und auch die Ausflug- und Essentips von Christian waren toll. Es wurde sich bei Fragen sofort gekümmert.
