A neat and tidy fairly plain place for a pleasant budget stay. Staff were friendly and the kitchen is available for making your own breakfast and hot drinks. Plenty of drinking water available.
No room kettle. The pool is too small to be anything more than a place to dip in and cool off. The garden plantings are a bit minimal and don’t provide the lush greenery you usually find in Bali.

The room was nice and clean. A safe and lockable wardrobe in room. Pool was clean. Quiet. A communal kitchen available. Water available if have water bottle. The place was situated in a good location. Security at Bali 101 Hotel at start of the Gang/Alleyway you walk down from Jl Danau Tamblingan. Being solo women we did separate walks and always felt safe in the area. Walkway across the road on Jl Danau Tamblingan for beach/waterfront access. Would book again.
A little noisy in the rain due to air conditioner covers (plastic sheeting, sounded like tin). Our room, no. 9, was beside them. When booked requested an upstairs room and day before we were to arrive, after the booking.com payment went through, we were told we couldn’t have as they gave to someone that was staying for a longer period (had booked over a month previously). I questioned this and was told we could go to ‘Aunty’s Hotel’. We declined.

Cheap, clean and close to where we wanted to be.
Renovating next door. Hammer and chisel on the adjoining wall didn’t really bother us but I’m glad we didn’t want to sleep in. Mattress could’ve been carved from an oak tree and the pillow was literally 12 inches high. No kettle in the room was inconvenient.
