Great price and location. Was clean and comfortable. Aircon was good, had a fridge and bottles of water. Late check in was easy and communication response was quick.

The apartment was modern, well appointed with a kitchen, living area, two bathrooms and a bedroom. The build was fairly recent. It has a good hot water supply with good water pressure. The are two air-conditioning units.

The problem with this apartment on ground floor is that it has no adequate privacy. There are two sliding doors and both are facing the yard. The yard is a communal yard with a reception, workshop and eating area. Unless one wants everyone seeing right into the apartment, one has to close the doors and pull the curtains. No natural light or ventilation. The only windows are high set in the bathrooms. No adequate ventilation so one has to run an aircon all the time. The same with the security. If you leave one of the doors open, anyone can walk in. There is a limited porch space where a privacy/security screens could be erected and that could dramatically improve the situation.
