Old Town View Apartment

Location, size of property was amazing.

Through personal preference I found the bed slightly uncomfortable, not a drama though.

Location, size of the apartment, cleanliness, kitchen well equipped. Fairly priced.

The apartment management does not care that much about their apartment as they should. They are sending you outdated messages, for example the lock box for the keys at the house frontdoor is now one out of 8 lockboxes, but their instructions refer to 4 lockboxes at the frontdoor. It seems that the support staff on the phone was never physically at the apartment, as they have no clear idea what is the detailed situation there. The checkout message asks you to partly clean the apartment, which is not something that is being communicated when booking. The name of the apartment is an exageration, the view is very average, you do not see above the roofs of most buildings and right under your window is a dirty unkept yard. The apartment photos are nice, however the reality is slightly worse (not dramatically, it is still a nice and well equipped place, but there are stains on the sofa, there is cable out of the wall, the bed is a bit shaky - such small details that the photos do not show).

Great location and good space. Fridge, washing machine etc. Spacious accommodation. Clean throughout.

Bed was uncomfortable as mattress was a bit thin. Shower was not draining properly. Creaking floors.
