The location was excellent.

The unit has a musty smell like water damage. The fans were very dirty so we could not use them. Cobwebs on hall closet.

Perfect location. Loved the close proximity to the pool, beach, water front, shops, bars and restaurants.

The place was extremely musty. The bedding and furniture all were musty. The bedrooms were the worst in terms of mustiness. The smallest bedroom had dust on the ceiling fan 3 inches thick. Unfortunately I didn’t realise till I turned the fan on and it covered everything. It’s such a shame because it is perfect in every other respect. The carpets need to be ripped up and replaced with flooring. I actually had to go buy candles to try and get rid of the smell out of the apartment. It worked within the living area as we could leave the doors open, but not so the bedrooms. New flooring and I guess you’d need to replace any type of fabric things eg. lounge, beds etc to get rid of the smell. I guess being on ground level increases the smell & mildew etc.

Location was great. Very roomy & well equipped apartment.

Cleanliness wasn’t of a good standard. The Holiday Agent have been notified & promised to have the carpets cleaned & speak with the cleaners to improve their below standard work. Sadly we paid good money for a below standard cleanliness presentation. Hopefully future tenants will enjoy a much cleaner apartment.
