Difficulty opening the main door due to the dual locking system - hard to manage at times.

NO Breakfast provided - location was excellent and as expected
The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired - the carpets were very marked and need a good clean or take them up and use the tiles underneath - this would be easier to keep clean. The lounge has a lot of marks on it - this could also do with a good clean and / replaced - especially under the current Covid - 19 - which makes everyone more aware. The area behind the garbage bins needs to be cleaned - it was covered in excess marks obviously from people throwing in tea or coffee bags and hitting the back wall - I did spray it with disinfectant. The entire unit could do with a much needed update and replacement of the toilet seat which moves every time you use the toilet and at some stage it is going to break.
