It was hard to work out where to drive in as its a laneway behind the building but you have to drive to the end of the beach & do a loop in & nobody explained that when we picked up the keys

The settee in the lounge room was very uncomfortable and I had to keep changing positions on it to try and get comfortable. I did not like it at all and I think they need a new one.

Nicely appointed. Had all we needed and conveniently located. Pick up of keys was easy and admin staff were lovely

Wasn’t very clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher so that smelt. There were hand prints all over the glass doors. Walking barefoot indoors gave us very dirty feet . One towel had black marks like mould on it. I’m 74 and thought I’d be sleeping on a sofa bed but turned out to be like a camping cot. Def not conducive to a good nights sleep Apartment was really nice though and we still had a good time.

Location is excellent, parking facilities are excellent, balcony very airy and spacious, bed comfy, very good dryer and foster accommodation (real estate) were very clear with all communications required.

Numerous small running repairs required. 'everything provided' is inaccurate, it might seem minor but no toilet paper on arrival is inconvenient and no bath mat . No bowls in the kitchen for any cooking..even to make a salad. Blocked floor waste (we cleaned it out) which made the bathroom smell. Foyer has garbage chute which smells constantly (though NOT inside the apartment), one very small cupboard available in the bedroom with limited space as the other cupboard is locked for use and the vacuum cleaner lives in the bedroom cupboard.
